@blink182pwnsnubs If you purchsed the phone used, it was probably damaged by the previous owner. Take it in to the store of your service carrier and explain what is wrong; they might be able to help you. If you purchsed the phone new and there is a problem with it, please contact BlackBerry immediatley. It is rare to have problems with BlackBerry devices and the company is great about helping you fix them.
i have a problem with this phone and i bought it only a few months ago…my phone keeps loading for everything possible and just keeps loading and loading and loading and doesnt stop till i restart it and my app world seems to not load stuff when i go to games or themes or etc. can someone please tell me how to fix this!!!

i was thinking about getting this phone because my blackberry tour has a cracked screen and the track ball is very sparatic and doesnt work alot. my mom has this phone (curve) in pink and is brand new. should i switch to the curve or would is it outdated and old?

BlackBerry is over rated i wanted a iphone or BlackBerry so i picked a BlackBerry Curve because it was pay as you go when i got it home i found out it was shit i have not got a data plain so i hoked it up to Wi-Fi and i had nothing but problem ever m youtube would no work on it it keeps disconcerting and fucked up my Wi-Fi so i have to reset my BT home hub now i want to get ride off it and go back to my life before it but i opened it sop no refund
