@selabgangster try ask ur friend’s username then add them :3 after that link to their contact on your address book to see their photo on your ping!chat I think

@FDizzleProductions yeh, how do i receive my service books?? I have a love/hate for this phone, the large screen, music, I love, but the fact that it doesn’t function totally, i hate, Trust me…I’ve tried every step to receive my service books to use data, email & mms, with no luck, I’m over this phone……

I had no idea I had this application. Why is it under Advanced Security, and why is it disabled? I guess I’ll never know. Unfortunately, I retired mine last week. I’ll probably continue to use it as an MP3/MP4 player, though. It has pretty good battery life.

Could someone help me! I have the storm 2 and lately it has been stopping the videos I watch on youtube and saying error occurred while playing media or something like that. Normally this only happened on some videos. But now its doing this on everyone. I’ve taken the battery out and put it back in also tried erasing my history and content cache.

you can do this on lots of other blackberries too.
i just always clean out cache, conent, and history everytime i use the web on my phone and always delete things i don’t need on my phone and my phone seems to be working fine now.

did you try going to options on browser to clear the cache operation? i been having my storm for over a year now.. and i do this and my phone is still working fine everybody should try this if they havent already. i have rare occasions where it does like to act funny and freeze up but this is one day out of a month…
