Howcome the 3G network doesn’t work? I have a bell blackberry tour which is unlocked, and im using a rogers sim card which runs on the 3G network but only my 2G works….why is that?

@shiatimtuff You will not be able to use it with Sprint because they’re CDMA only and have no Active SIM cards in the USA. The ones they have are only meant to be used when roaming overseas.
@henrybaca127 It means someone tried to unlock the phone too many times with the wrong code and the only way to unlock it is by software and we need to have the phone physically.

I inserted a digicel sim card in my sprint blackberry tour 9630 and it recognised it,does that mean it is unlocked?
sprint told me it comes already unlocked.

When i try to turn on my 8120 all it does is give me a steady red led and a black display….is it the screen that is messed up?

i have a question, My blackberry pearl screen like is completely black, and when i turn it on you can see the white part && lines show up, does that mean my entire phone is broken or, will the len changing help it?
ya i was looking for one ont he pearl 8130 and i couldent find any dissasemble but this is a good one but he should do a dissasemble and a reassemble aswell
The lcd screen includes the blacklight. A new screen from RepairsUniverse (dot) com should get you up and running.
my screen works it just doesn’t have a backlight so you would have to use a flashlight to see the image on the screen does this mean that I need a new screen or is there a back light I can buy?
