OMG! I work for a cell company and when we change them it’s so imporant to take the battery out and ground the device. If you don’t the main board can become fried.

hey if i clean my trackball will it work because when i press the trackball nothing happens like for example i want to hear music and i go to the media icon and press the trackball nothing happens im tired of pressing enter
This will not ruin your blackberry. I did it, and it does work. However, the color does fade after a few days of use, even using a sharpie. This guy even sounds unsure of himself no wonder you guys are doubting him. It will be fine do not use a knife like he did, simply use your thumbnail and start at the top…
