@Rjackman84 that thing happened to me. do u know how to fix it?
We hackers have cracked that shit anyway lol
@Rjackman84 thats what i got too : – (
oh ya… if im not mistaken it is free for the iphone
but i dont have other smart phones so dont rant that it’s free on other phones also… i dont know that!
@Nivomandasrail they do have a warning that if you are going to factory reset it that you remove the code from your account, it’s the same thing with the phone… just phone customer service and tell them that you lost your smart phone
What do I do if I had the app on an IPod and then lost the IPod? Serious question, that might have just happened to me. Plz reply someone!
it says i need an authentication key so i downloaded the app but yet it won’t let me enter a code. says “login is invalid” or something like that. this is fucking BULLSHIT, if it don’t let me on, thats around 85 days of my life WASTED and probably around $900 wasted
@Rjackman84 I blame Activision. I’m sure they’re to blame somehow.
If you update to iphone 4.0 software your apps are wiped and when you redownload the Authenticator it won’t work and you are screwed.
well, any idea how to get ur APP back cuz i had to wipe my ipod D:
Hi zssammie – We would like to try and help with your current arming/disarming functionality and put you in touch with our corporate customer service team. Please send us your contact information at your earliest convenience and we will have someone contact you soon.
Mine doesn’t want to arm my system
Hi cnoel1 – There is an app available for the ADT Pulse on the iPhone and we are currently developing an app for additional smart phones. We recommend logging onto the ADT Pulse Portal via your smart phone until this app is available for Blackberry.
How can i download the ADT blackberry app. to my BB.
Hi JiC87 – ADT strongly recommends the use of up-to-date anti-virus software on all computers used to access your Pulse account. Access to Pulse is secured using username and password and no separate code is required in order to remotely arm or disarm the security panel once the user is logged in to the system. Login information is not retained on any device and the customer is required to log in to the system whenever they access the web client, mobile client or iPhone application.
I was wondering about the security to ADT pulse. Could someone not install a keystroke log (through a virus or something else) and effectively have control over your whole house, if there is a security code needed for disarm? If no disarm code is needed what would happen if my phone was stolen, could not the thieves then have access to my house effectively bypassing this state of the art home control / security system?
We just ordered this system today! Can’t wait!
