@ecastaneira open up that folder and look for the smallest item and then click on it. it should bring you to a screen that is the same as downloading a theme from a website on your phone. click download and activate your theme and it is there.
also you could click preview theme on blackberry, the only thing with that is it doesn’t save how you have your icons set so every time you switch a theme and switch back you would need to re organize all your icons which can be very tedious.
@ecastaneira all you have to do is plug your phone into the computer, and click export, and go to ota. have it export for your phone and os into an empty folder with the name of your theme. you will then want to copy that folder onto your blackberry in the first folder on the media card, on my computer (E:). Now disconnect the phone and go into the media folder and dont open anything, hut the blackberry button and scroll down to explore. and find the folder in which you copied onto your phone.
i created a theme but how do you install it on the blackberry after? i cant figure that part out
how do u get bb composer
Just wondering, what is the video format for this phone?? Is there a proper video converter thats works??
what version on Telenav do i download if i have an Unlocked Storm2 with att Sim insid?
Yes – either with the google app for blackberry, or by setting it up in the BIS.
Cool application! Check out the new applications on my page!
Google maps, bb maps both are cool. But no voice option sucks. But you can’t beat the cost.
if you want a free GPS application why not use the google maps app? its free
Well I unlocked my phone a long time ago and worked great with telenav on a verizon network. Unfortunately now the fucking thing doesn’t work on T-Mobile network error message cannot connect to server, please try again later spent 5 hours online and apparently I’m the only fucker that’s trying to use this on a unlocked phone. I’mso pissed off AND I love telnav but I fucking hate their customer support
your phone is dying lol
I clean uo the screen by creating a new filefolder called UNUSED. I move all the unused stuff into that folder and then create additional folders to combine related tasks..make navigating a breeze!
can you use gmail on this phone?
All the apps are free with the exception of Telenav, which is absolutely worth the $6 a month I pay for it (prepaid). The other apps are free, but do offer pay options if you don’t like commercials (slacker) or limited functionality on WorldMate.
you like expensive apps dontcha?
Thank you!
Highlight an app, hit the BlackBerry key and choose Hide Icon.
You need to pay Verizon up to $9.99 to use VZ navigator. To each is own, but I don’t mind the monthly ding. The maps are updated for me on the fly.
Yes, documents to go is provided with the device.
Yes, try it out
No, as long as you use an IM app, you are good to go…
How do you hide apps you don’t want on this phone?
Nevermind got it working, looks awesome! thanks
Do you have an OTA link for the theme? I can’t seem to download it to my computer and I dont have Internet on my Storm atm.
