@ Superiorpakfan, although you are right and sliders can become damaged… I’m just not sure how salt dust is going to get into it. You’d have to be pretty careless to let that happen. The storm 2 is a decent device though.
I’ve had my Torch from day one and the keypad slids as good as the I got it. Its actually a very smooth experience and I use my phone heavily all day every day. I’m also posting this comment from my Blackberry Torch

@HateUTub Only issue is that its a slide out phone and salt dust easily get in it and damages it.

There won’t be a storm 3: I believe that RIM has stopped making the storms. But I may be wrong.
